About the Role:
The Chief of Staff role at Beaming Health exists to take things off our CEO's plate. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll directly own the operational, administrative, and compliance work that currently sits with him, ranging from strategic projects to detail-heavy paperwork. We're looking for someone who treats all of it, big or small, with the same level of care.
Expectations:
Take work directly off the CEO's plate
- Don't wait to be asked twice. If you see something that needs doing, do it.
- Move fluidly between strategic work and detail-heavy execution, without needing either one dressed up as something bigger.
Compliance & credentialing
- Complete state, payer, and regulatory applications — including business registrations, payer credentialing/contracting paperwork, and insurance documentation.
- Help lead HIPAA compliance efforts, including maintaining policies, tracking training, and supporting audits or incident response as needed.
HR & people operations
- Support onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records and policies.
- Help with compensation research and organizing hiring logistics as the team grows.
