About the Role:
The Client Growth Associate (CA Regional Centers) role at Beaming Health is an opportunity to make a big impact on a growing business. You will be directly responsible for day-to-day management of our relationships with Regional Centers (State-Funded Early Intervention Programs) in California and report to Phil McHugh, our Co-Founder and Head of Growth. At a high-level, you will be responsible for helping families get connected with providers in an efficient and timely manner. As you build expertise in our business, you’ll contribute directly to strategic decision-making in our growth, product, and go-to-market efforts.
Expectations:
- Manage in-bound referrals from Regional Center case managers and connecting these referrals to providers with availability who fit their needs
- Build and develop relationships with Regional Center case managers to build long-term partnerships, built on trust, reliability, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with Provider Growth and Provider Empowerment teams to understand new providers and their desired caseloads
- Collaborate with Operations teams to assist with billing processes, follow up on missing authorizations, and oversee accurate and timely documentation to support service delivery
- Ensure organized and accurate records of referrals, placements, and follow-ups, regularly reporting on key metrics to support team visibility and informed decision-making
- Manage all follow-ups required by Regional Center case managers, including progress reports, discharge reports, IFSPs, and start dates
- Host regular meetings with providers and Regional Center teams to walk through Regional Center processes, answer questions, and build foundational relationships
- Attend quarterly Regional Center vendor meetings, taking notes, and bringing back key updates and insights to inform internal teams and processes
- Continuously look for, suggest, and implement new ways to collaborate with Regional Centers and help more families get started with care
