About the Role:

The Contracting Lead at Beaming Health will own our payer contracting. This includes renegotiating our existing contracts and getting us into new payers, and new states, as we scale. This is core to our value proposition: by using our collective scale and leverage across 500+ providers, we secure better payer rates than any individual provider could get on their own, allowing us to take a cut while still paying providers as much (if not more) than they'd earn going it alone. This role reports directly to our CEO and offers significant ownership over one of the most important levers in our business.

Expectations:

• Lead negotiations with insurance payers to secure and improve contract terms across our provider network
• Renegotiate existing payer contracts to improve rates as our leverage and scale grow
• Identify and pursue new payer relationships, including expansion into new states
• Leverage existing relationships and knowledge of decision-makers at major payers to open doors and accelerate deals
• Develop and refine our contracting strategy and playbook as we scale across markets
• Partner closely with the CEO on prioritization including which payers, which states, and which terms matter most
• Track and report on contract status, rate improvements, and expansion progress
