About the Role:

The Founding Engineer role at Beaming Health is an opportunity to make a major impact on a fast-growing, mission-driven company. You will take ownership of engineering at an early stage and help shape both the product and the technical foundation of the business. You’ll work directly with Chris Olmanson (Co-Founder & CEO) and collaborate closely with product, design, growth, and operations teams.

As a Founding Engineer, you’ll help us scale our platform to serve more families and therapists across the country, and increasingly integrate AI into our products to enhance outcomes and experiences for both. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic decisions about the product, the tech stack, and the company's roadmap.

Expectations:

• Take ownership of core parts of our codebase (client platform, provider platform, internal tools, integrations with insurance & billing systems)
• Build and iterate quickly on new product features to serve families and therapists
• Help define our technical architecture and development processes
• Work closely with product, design, and growth teams to prioritize and execute on the roadmap
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools and models into our platform to drive efficiency, improve therapist workflows (e.g. auto-documentation), enhance parent support, and streamline operations
