About the Role:
The Product Associate role at Beaming Health is an opportunity to shape the product experience for pediatric therapy providers and families across the country. You will work closely with our engineering and growth teams to ensure that every feature we ship is well-defined, thoroughly tested, and ready to deliver real value. This role reports to our Co-Founders and sits at the intersection of product, design, and operations. As you build expertise in our product and our users, you'll take on increasing responsibility in how we prioritize and build.
Expectations:
- Translate product ideas and feedback into clear, well-documented requirements in Jira, ensuring engineers have what they need to build with confidence
- QA new features during development — methodically testing against requirements, catching edge cases, and flagging issues before they reach users
- Document additional requirements and refinements that surface during testing, closing the loop between what was scoped and what gets shipped
- Actively solicit feedback from providers and internal teams on product experience, synthesizing themes into actionable insights
- Maintain a clean, organized backlog — tracking feature requests, bug reports, and open questions across Jira and design tools
- Use AI tools to identify gaps, explore solutions, and help the team move faster and smarter
- Own release coordination — verifying that launches go smoothly, monitoring for issues, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
