About Beaming Health:
Our mission is to expand access to affordable, high-quality care for children with development differences. We are a Stanford-founded company backed by investors including NextGen Venture Partners, Designer Fund, Metrodora, Tao Ventures, and more.
Our Core Values:
- Humility: Nothing is beneath you. We have nobody who is just a “thought leader.” Everyone contributes. No jerks. If you make a mistake, take ownership and make it better.
- Integrity: We are the real deal. This means we are accountable to what we say we’re going to do. We deliver feedback honestly and directly. We do the right thing.
- Excellence: We expect excellence in everything we do. Beaming is where you come if you want to be part of a winning team. We are the gold standard.
About the Role:
The Provider Empowerment Associate role at Beaming Health is an opportunity to make a big impact on a growing business. You will be directly responsible for day-to-day management of our Provider Empowerment function and report to Phil McHugh, our Co-Founder and Head of Growth. At a high-level, you will be responsible for helping providers begin their partnership with Beaming, build out their digital presence, and, ultimately, find ways to reach new clients. As you build expertise in our business, you’ll contribute directly to strategic decision-making in our growth, product, and go-to-market efforts.
Expectations:
- Manage provider onboarding (as it relates to reaching more families) including creating a BeamingHealth.com profile, joining the Beaming Slack community, registering a Google Business account, etc.
- Create digital and physical collateral for providers in Canva including social media posts, flyers, and handouts
- Identify local referral opportunities including preschools, private schools, pediatrician offices, and dentists and connect Beaming providers via warm introduction
- Research local family events and connect providers with the opportunity to represent themselves and/or Beaming to reach more families
- Continuously learn from our existing providers to understand what is effective in reaching new families and share these learnings broadly with our network of providers
About You:
- 1-3 years experience working in a fast-paced environment (high-growth startup, established student organization, etc.)
